Printable Wi-Fi QR Code Sign Maker
Turn guest Wi-Fi details into a professional sign in under a minute. Choose a design, preview it live, then download a 300 DPI PNG or print/save as PDF. No sign-up, watermark or password uploads for QR creation.
Design your guest Wi-Fi sign
Everything happens in your browser. We don't store your network details for sign creation.
A5 · portrait · 300 DPI PNG
Print at actual size, enable background graphics if prompted, and test the physical QR code with a phone. PDF is created by your browser's “Save as PDF” print destination.
Private, local generation
Your Wi-Fi network name, password and uploaded logo are used locally to create the QR sign. We don't upload them to QRBento for processing. Anyone who can scan the finished QR code may decode the credentials; don't post private network passwords publicly. See our Privacy Policy.
How to make your printable Wi-Fi sign
Enter the guest Wi-Fi details
Type the exact SSID, choose the correct security option, and enter the network password when required.
Choose the look and paper size
Pick one of six sign styles, customize the text and colors, and select a layout for your printer.
Download, print, and scan-test
Export a high-resolution PNG or choose Print / Save as PDF. Confirm another phone can join the guest network.
Printable Wi-Fi signs for everyday use
Use the Minimal Classic layout at home, Modern Café for a counter display, Office Professional for a reception area, Hotel & Airbnb for guest welcome information, or Restaurant Table for compact guest signage. All six options are free and can be downloaded without creating an account.
Does the QR code show my Wi-Fi password?
The password is encoded inside the QR symbol even when it is hidden as printed text. Anyone with a compatible QR scanner may read it. We recommend a separate guest network rather than sharing access to your main private network.
Which print size is best?
A5 is a good starting point for a wall, check-in desk or guest folder. Choose 4 × 6 inches or 5 × 7 inches for tabletop frames. A4 and Letter are larger options for public notices. Printed size, lighting, viewing distance, contrast and camera quality all affect scanning.
What if the QR code doesn't connect?
Check the exact SSID, password and security type. Try a different camera app if the code displays plain text rather than an option to connect. Network settings such as captive portals or enterprise authentication can require extra steps. See our Wi-Fi QR troubleshooting guide.
